  HEYUE pneumatic sanitary diaphragm valve is an ideal choice for ultra-clean fluid handling in critical hygienic scenarios. Its body is made of 316L stainless steel with precision welding, featuring no dead legs and a smooth surface. The surface is electropolished to Ra ≤ 0.4μm, ensuring easy cleaning and sterilization, and it can withstand repeated CIP/SIP cycles at up to 150℃.It offers three actuation options: normally closed, normally open, and double-acting. Equipped with EPDM/FKM/PTFE diaphragms, it can withstand pressures of 3-10 bar. It complies with GB,DIN,ISO and SMS standards as well as 3A and EHEDG standards. Its straight-through flow path prevents clogging and minimizes pressure loss, making it suitable for handling ultra-pure, viscous, and sterile media in pharmaceutical, dairy, food, and other industries.
